Tonight I had my GS (Girl Scouts) meeting. Sara had basketball so she didn't attend. The girls finally decided on a big trip destination and it will either be a Carribean cruise or an Alaskan cruise. Depends on how much they can fundraise and save. A good start to our goal. Crissy (my co-leader who I love!) and I developed a points chart where the girls can earn points for the participation. And not just for attending meetings but for participating in GS fundraisers, community service, working on GS at home on their own. One mom had an issue because her girl doesn't attend many meetings because she plays soccer. So we were trying to explain that it's not all about attending meetings. But after the past year with lack of participation (except the "fun" troop funded events) I'm over it. If the girls don't make effort to participate with GS related stuff outside of meetings, it's their loss. I'm going to focus on the girls that do want to participate and have fun and make that effort. My drama mom whom I haven't seen at all this year I don't know what to do with her. If her girl doesn't show for our community service event Saturday like she says she will then I'm dropping her from the email list. Probably. Why waste my time with the ones who say they want to do it but then never do? Whatever! I volunter my time so why should I waste it on the slackers?
So anyways, I'm pleased with out this year is going so far. I'm really glad Crissy joined me in the leadership role. It's nice to have a partner in crime...I mean... partner in planning. heehee.
It's time for my shopping group grab for October. Gotta run!

Positive Motivation!
I've had several friends comment to me today about my negativity on my blog. I was even thinking about it before they said anything. What an awful start to my new blog! So I'm going to make a point to be more positive. I've even started another blog that is all about positive motivation! So check it out here.
There are no promises but I will try not to bitch so much about Joey. We all know he is a PITA! So I will end this post with a positive thought:
"It's natural to be negative. But that doesn't mean you have to let negativity control your life.
It's normal to worry. But worry accomplishes nothing, and you have much better ways to use your time and your energy.
The situation you're in could get a lot worse. And yet, it is just as likely to get a lot better.
You don't know what the future will bring. So your best strategy is to make full and positive use of the present.
The way to do that is by allowing your positive expectations to guide and to focus your positive actions. The best opportunities often arise when it seems that there won't ever be any more opportunities.
This is a day when you can make real progress. Turn toward the goal, let your expectations put a smile on your face, and bring new value to life right now."

So What About The STUPID PSP?
If Joe asks me one more time about Joey's PSP, I will personally destroy it so that way we all will know what really happened to it. When Sara lost her ipod was Joe concerned? No, he said she'll learn to be more responsible. So now that Joey has lost his PSP why can't he learn the same frickin lesson? I can't even count how many times Joe asked me about the PSP yesterday and he asked me this morning. I had to call him a few minutes ago for a question and he brought up the stupid *&%$#@! PSP again! Maybe if Joey wasn's such a slob and kept his crap organized he wouldn't loss his crap. UGH!!!!!

Saturday Bitch Blog
My Saturday started off fine. Sara and I went bowling for a fundraiser she is doing for our Europe trip. I got to talk to the other parents about planning a bingo night for fundraising. We went home and Joe was alive after his night of jack & coke and vomit. He said he was feeling a bit hung over but that wasn't stopping him from hitting the golf course again. But this time no cigar and only water. So he left shortly after we got home. Then I left to meet Crissy (my new Girl Scout co-leader) to discuss GS stuff. My sister picked up Sara and she's spending the night with them so she's occupied.
So here it is after 10pm and I am pooped! I just finished my schoolwork (which now I'm totally done and off this next week. Yeah!!) Joey can't find his PSP and it seems Joe is more concerned than Joey. Since Jenn (sister) and Eric (her BF) were over last night he wants me to call them to see if they saw it. Joey said it was last plugged in charging in our media room on the floor in between the chairs on the floor. Good place for it, eh? Well, Jenn and Eric weren't answering their phones and I'm not that concerned about it anyways. If Joey took care of his stuff then it wouldn't go up missing. He lost his class ring (which why he even has since he didn't graduate is beyond me) and Sara found it for him. He's a frickin slob and gross and has no respect for anyone but his mom's side of the family because they are financially loaded. He thinks as long as he kisses their butts maybe one day he'll see some of their money. I wish he would kiss their butts more so maybe he can live off them instead of us. He keeps saying he's going to start HCC in January. I will bet all the money I have that he will not complete any college education. For starters Joe and I are not paying for it and Joey is "too good" for someone to tell him how to do something or what to do. Cuz afterall he knows it all. And when I say "all" I mean ALL!
Joey went out of town a few weeks ago with him mom for a long weekend. Let me say it was the best weekend in a long time. With him being gone, my blood wasn't boiling and I had no concerns. With him home, I *always* have something to bitch about. And I do all my bitching directly to Joe cuz if I express it to Joey I'm just being a bitch and I'm just the step-mom so I can f*** off. Only Joe can fix it and if things don't change soon, someone won't be living in this house anymore. Whether it's me and Sara or Joey. I vote Joey. Why can't he be like every other normal 20yo and live on his own? Oh yeah, I forgot. He isn't working and can get away with shit with Joe. Well, I will continue my bitching to Joe about Joey. Baby steps is all that can be taken so results are slow coming. Joey just plain sucks!!
Ok, enough bitching for now. I'm tired. My eye aches. I am hoping it's not trying to get infected. It's not a headache ache but my eyelid ache. We'll see how it is in the morning. Since I refuse to have a tv in our bedroom because Joe will want to keep it on all night and that bugs the HELL out of me cuz it's a waste of electricity since we are sleeping and the boys are watching football in our media room so since Sara is with my sister I will go in her room to watch tv. It probably won't be long till I'm asleep anyways. I stayed up too late last night and had to get up too early this morning.
Ta ta for now!

Friday Night Fun
Tonight we went to the club for Friday night cookout. Joe and Joey played golf and my nephew joined us too, with his mom and dad (my sister and her bf.) Joe had too many jack & cokes and even had the nerve to try to give a sip to Jayden! OMG I thought my sister was going to kill him! Sara and I were yelling at him. He was buzzing but that's no excuse. Sara took Jayden away from him and I took his drink away from him. After a while it was time to leave since Jayden was getting tired and it was getting close to 9pm. Since the boys got there earlier to play golf, me, Jenn, Eric, Sara and Jayden left and we thought Joe and Joey were behind us. We get back to the house and they didn't show up for another hour. Joey comes in for a glass of water because Joe vomited on Joey's feet. At least it was outside so no mess to clean up for me. Jenn and Eric left since it was already after 10pm. Joey informs me he drove home (thank god since Joe and his "I'm ok to drive" talk before I left the club. He said he took back roads cuz he could tell Joe wasn't doing too well. He had to pull over twice and the sad thing is the club is only 3 miles away from home. Joey cleaned up Joe after he vomit in the driveway and put him straight to bed. I've seen Joe drunk several times but this is the second time I've seen him sloppy-vomiting drunk and we've been together 4 years! He gets quite annoying when he's buzzed so since he is passed out at least I knew I would have a peaceful evening. Especially since I had schoolwork to complete. {{{{{shaking my head}}}}} Joe will be feeling good tomorrow. HA!
I have a busy day tomorrow: bowling at 9am for Sara's fundraiser for our Europe trip. Then meeting my Girl Scout co-leader for lunch to discuss GS stuff. Then...well I guess that's it. And of course school work in the mix too.
I'm going to finish watching Transformers. This movie is awesome! I want a lifesize transformer to drive me around!
Nighty-nite!

TGIF!
Today is a wonderful day! Not only because it's Friday and payday but I'm just feeling overall great! And this early morning cooler weather is awesome! Sara wanted to get to school early to work on her viola in orchestra which means I got to work early. I've been here an hour and half and already feel so accomplished. Joey called about the internet at home. I put parental controls on Sara's new email which affected using Internet Explorer. (And I did that one control on purpose because of Joey! ssshhhh lol) So I was going to add him last night so he can access the internet but the PW he gave me wasn't right. So he calls this morning to ask about it because he needed to check his email before his interview. Yes! He has an interview! I am praying he gets a job soon because I'm tired of not getting his rent money. And speaking of Joey, I got home yesterday and all the dishes were washed AND put away. I had to pinch myself again to make sure it wasn't a dream. I guess he really doesn't want to live with his mom but I hope his helpfulness keeps up, especially after he does start working again. Just because he pays rent does not mean he can do whatever the hell he pleases. I wish he was like normal 20yo and just move out! Life would be soooooo pleasant then.
Sara had a basketball game last night at the opponent's school. Her school won! They are on a winning streak! I'm so glad she's gotten more involved with school and the best thing is she really cares about her grades this year. I guess with not only me and Joe stressing how important this year is, her teachers are too since she has I think 4 high school credit courses and she's still in middle school. That's my girl!

Staying Focused
I can't seem to stay focused on work today. (Thanks Missy!) I just want to play around here with my new blog. I have so much I want to say but don't know where to start. I guess in a nutshell: I don't want to be at work; I want Joey to move out (20yo step-son); the weather was nice this morning, well chilly but nice; I want Joey to move out; I'm ready to be done with school; I'd rather be at the Humane Society playing with all the dogs; I want Joey to move out; my boss is a coo-coo head; I want Joey to move out; I want more money; is it the weekend yet?; oh yeah did I mention I want Joey to move out? I guess I'll save my Joey-complaints for another post. Right now I guess I'll try to do some work. Or maybe I will find some other interesting stuff to blog about. I wish my Watkins business would take off. Or if my job was in graphic design than maybe I wouldn't have to "work."
My First Post
Well, I finally jumped on the bandwagon and created my own blog. I'm going to treat this as my online journal. I will probably complain about stuff but I will also have positive thoughts about other stuff. And if I get too carried away and personal and you don't like it, just don't read it.
Me, being a computer saavy type person, am new to this blogging thing and will try to keep this updated as much as possible. I'm sure I can find something to complain...er...type about. ;-)
